STINGER PLUS+ 「home.php」修正のお願い

STINGER PLUS+20160608bまでのhome.phpにて、一部修正があります。

症状として、トップページに固定ページを挿入した場合に記事内容が、記事一覧のページャーでの次ページ以降にも反映されてしまう（次ページ以降はnoindexにはなっています）ので「外観」＞「テーマの編集」＞home.phpの内容を下記にコピー&ペーストで張り替えていただければと思います。

なお、STINGER PLUS+は下記を修正してランキングを外したものを週明けに再公開予定です。
